The programme targets entrepreneurs between the ages of 19 – 35 years who have either business ideas or start-ups and require some business guidance towards implementation.
Candidates in the Challenge are therefore taken through a curated curriculum facilitated by seasoned industry professionals. This curriculum is intended to help them to build their business and ideas.

Candidates in the Hatcher are taken through a curated curriculum facilitated by seasoned industry professionals and trainers. This curriculum, delivered over a 6-week incubation period, is intended to help them to build upon their business ideas and turn them into profitable small-scale businesses.
